I keep hearing that the FBI wants to unlock an iPhone, but Apple doesn't want to do it. What is going on with this?

The FBI is wanting Apple to unlock the cell phone that belonged to Syed Rizwan Farook, the man who along with his wife, killed 14 people in San Bernadino, California .They hope getting into the cell phone will help lead to evidence that helps determine the motive of the shooting, along with other crucial facts. Apple is resisting the request of the FBI to unlock the phone. They believe that allowing the FBI to unlock this particular phone will lead to an overuse of power by the government group. Apple vow to protect the privacy and security of its customers. [2]
