
I snack too much during the day. I've started to look for healthier options, however, because I know that its inevitable that I will get hungry. Here are my three favorite snacks that have less than 100 calories.
1. One Cup of Blueberries [1].
Let's face it, blueberries are a little expensive. However, they are packed with vitamin C, vitamin K and fiber. Plus, they are chock full of antioxidants as well. One cup of this fruit is about 85 calories.
2. Banana and Vanilla Smoothie [2]
I love smoothies, but some of my favorites have way too many calories. For a version that is under a hundred calories, throw a third of a banana and a fourth of a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt into a blender. Add a handful of ice, blend and enjoy!
3. Baked Apple [2]
I don't love regular apples. But, baked apples are incredibly delicious! Simply core a small apple and add a teaspoon of brown sugar and a little bit of cinnamon. Bake it and then enjoy a treat for under a hundred calories!
